The Hanale Mirror is made from reclaimed teak in a natural finish.

We specially source our relcaimed teak for its unique, weathered characteristics, durability and strength. The teak is reclaimed after being discarded

when old Javanese buildings are dismantled, once no longer safe to live in.

The exposure to weather and decades of consistent air-drying give it exceptional strength and stability, while the combination of strength and

rich natural oils guarantee longevity. Reclaimed teak can easily last a lifetime.

Reclaimed teak has its own history which gives it a uniquely beautiful character with a rustic, engraved look that adds an element of life to our designs.

Imperfections are intentionally left intact to tell the story of the teak’s former life. We embrace these features as a testament to

the unique qualities of natural materials, they are an integral and sort after part Uniqwa’s design process
